Louis Osselaer is a HYROX Elite 15 athlete and the Belgian HYROX record holder with the fastest HYROX time in Belgium: 54:58 in the Pro division. Having competed at the Elite 15 level, Louis combines first-hand race experience with structured coaching to help athletes perform at their best.

His coaching philosophy is simple: progress comes from understanding what is holding you back and working on it in a structured way. Instead of simply giving athletes a training plan, Louis focuses on building a real coaching relationship where athlete and coach work together to find the most effective path to improvement.

The goal is not only to help athletes train harder, but to help them train smarter and become more independent athletes who understand their own performance and can make better decisions in training and racing.

Louis works with motivated athletes who want to compete. The level does not matter — from first-time racers to experienced competitors — as long as the athlete is willing to commit to the process and consistently work toward improvement.

In Louis’ view, the program itself rarely makes the biggest difference. Many training plans can work. What truly drives progress is guidance, feedback, and adapting training to the athlete in front of you.
